  • An opinion poll was held at the website of Art for Children Biennale, aiming at choosing 10 words most important to children. Almost 300 votes were cast, mostly from Poznań and its neighbourhood, but also from Bytom, Głuchołazy, Grajewo, Izabelin, Jarocin, Kielce, Lotyń, Małogoszcz, Międzyrzecz, Namysłów, Okonek, Radzionków, Tychy, Warsaw, Zalasewo, Zgierz and Zieleniec. We even had one vote from Vienna! Children aged 7 and 8 were the most numerous group of voters. LOVE won!

On April 25, 2013 a workshop in word design with the highest number of words took place. Its participants were children from 78 Primary School in Poznań of School Complex with Integration Departments no 2. in Poznań. They designed shapes and colours for such words as: love, mum, family, dad, friendship, home, grandma, thank you, sorry, and life. Workshops were conducted by Maja Piskorska and Agnieszka Rożnowska. Just before the Biennale starts, the best ten projects will be presented as an outdoor installation in Plac Wolności in Poznań.
