  • section: Art Seeks the Toddler

    show for children aged 1-6

Duration: 35 min. + 10 min. of play

What kind of game is it? Is the melody of fire or earth? Water, metal or tree? The sounds of elements discovered during the show are combined with the word and transverse flute accompaniment. The onomatopoeic text describes the elements in a simple and interesting way. The sounds of nature allow you to move in your imagination to childhood games with soil, wood, water, metal and fire. A structure made of circles is built on stage, unifying all elements. Circles of various sizes and colours create an abstract machine which, once spun, becomes another element. The machine starts going at full steam, you can join in the dance of all elements and hear the refrain: Gra kółeczko, graj kółeczko! (The circle is playing, let the circle play!)

Since 2008 the independent theatre group Atofri has been making shows for the youngest audience, appreciated at festivals in Poland and abroad.
