During the visits, 15 people will be able to sign up for a visit at one of the gardens, every day. Each day 90 people will go to such meetings in six districts of Poznań. The idea behind is to share the experience of what it means to build a community, and not only a garden. All the invited guests will sit at a common table to eat dinner prepared by the hosts.
WILDA GARDEN
Wilda garden has since the beginning been a source of much interest of district residents, who started to bring order to a neglected plot of land with much enthusiasm, so that with our help it could be turned into a garden. The green relaxation oasis is created at ul. Fabryczna, in an unkempt space between two tenant houses. The place will see much more, with that level of energy!

IMPROVE POZNAŃ is an independent initiative connecting people who care about Poznań. From a blog which was supposed to be a catalogue of interesting ideas for urban planning from all over the world, it turned into a group of citizens - who want to implement the collected ideas in their own Poznań backyards. The priority of the group is to increase the interest of Poznań residents in various aspects of the city they live in. Its motto is: 'We wanted to build a city not for business or cars, but for children. Instead of constructing new superhighways, we limited vehicle traffic. Investments were made in good quality pavements, passages, parks, bike paths and libraries. We got rid of thousands of advertising billboards and planted trees. One of the goals of our everyday effort was happiness'. (Enrique Peñalosa, former mayor of Bogota)
