RISE TO LIFE: tai chi
It is impossible to describe Tai Chi. One has to experience it. The workshops will be conducted by Jacek Krajewski (“Wu Wei” Tai-Chi Academy). Tai Chi helps to relax the body, to strike a balance and work on stability. It also is a safe way of improving circulation, it subtly tones the tendons, the bone structure and the muscles, and it helps to develop proper breathing techniques. For some Tai Chi is a kind of meditation in movement, as it allows you to experience the neglected and forgotten parts of the body, and at the same time to find peace of mind For others it is a path in search of harmony in life. And for all - a reliable method of keeping your body in shape and in good condition.
